Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) or Superintendent/SSHO to support various NAVFAC construction projects at Naval Air Station Lemoore.

This role is responsible for ensuring all work meets NAVFAC, federal, and contract-specific requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Candidates must have previous experience on government construction contracts and the ability to navigate the unique requirements of federal job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project's Quality Control program and/or Site -Safety & Health duties in accordance with NAVFAC and EM 385-1-1 requirements.
• Implement the Three-Phase QC System (Preparatory, Initial, Follow-Up) and ensure all phases are properly documented.
• Conduct daily site inspections for both safety and quality compliance; maintain detailed daily reports.
• Coordinate all testing, inspections, and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and track corrective actions, deficiency resolutions, and overall project compliance.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and enforce site safety policies.
• Interface with NAVFAC representatives, government inspectors, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, activity hazard analyses (AHAs), and QC-related documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project documentation, logs, and reports.

Compensation:

• Hourly between $45/hr - $60/hr
• M/V/D

Qualifications:

• Experience working on NAVFAC, USACE, or other federal military projects.
• USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification
• OSHA 30 certification
• EM 385-1-1 certification
• Ability to manage documentation in accordance with federal contract standards.
• Ability to pass a military base background check (no felonies) and pre-employment drug test.
