  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in ambiguous or complex situations.
  • Ability to handle graphic, sensitive, or disturbing content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
  • Experience working with moderation tools, review dashboards, or ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Nice to Have
  • Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or training documentation for moderation or operations teams.
  • Background in child safety, fraud detection, marketplaces, or other high-risk content verticals.
  • Experience supporting global or remote teams.
What We Offer
  • Competitive USD salary, paid monthly.
  • Paid time off and local holidays.
  • Health insurance subsidy (country-dependent).
  • Annual salary reviews based on performance and client feedback.
  • Paid training & certifications aligned with your role and career path.
  • Fully remote position with a stable, long-term client.
