Job Description

Salary: $110,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters or MBA preferred
• Over 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proven track record in managing global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives
• Experience with IT due diligence and system integrations during mergers and acquisitions
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar), networking, and cloud-based solutions
• Ability to align technology with business strategy and drive cross-functional projects
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Preferred experience working with international teams (U.S., Europe, and Asia)

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business goals and global operations
• Lead cybersecurity efforts, focusing on risk management, threat detection, incident response, and compliance with regulations
• Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, system administration, and user support across multiple global locations
• Manage all elements of system integration and technology standardization during mergers and acquisitions
• Collaborate with senior leadership to spearhead digital transformation and enhance operational efficiency through technology
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and information security regulations, including GDPR and other relevant standards
• Supervise the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration tools
• Oversee vendor relationships, technology budgets, software licensing, and service-level agreements
• Create and uphold IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and reliability
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork
• Implement metrics and reporting tools to evaluate system performance and return on investment
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning to maintain system resilience
