Key Accountabilities \n - Work from process sheets, blueprints, setup sheets, setup cards, Gemba boards, and verbal as well as written instructions.
\n - Set up, adjust and operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
\n - Use calipers, micrometers, depth & height gauges, Sunnen gauges & plug gauges, hand tools and operator manual machines.
\n - Set up and/or verify preset gauges for proper calibration as required, inspect own work to ensure quality and quantity standards.
\n - Prepare and maintain quality records.
\n

\n - Strong reliability - it is crucial that this person is able to work as scheduled in order to meet our customers' requirements.
\n - Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in operating manufacturing equipment preferred.
\n - Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with mechanical aptitude and minimum one-year previous experience.
\n - Must be able to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams in English.
\n - Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
\n - Rotate between multiple machines, lift up to 50lbs occasionally and stand for an entire shift.
\n - Other duties as assigned.
