Refund Policy Upon Commencement of Work:
Once our team initiates work on your project, refunds become impractical to accommodate. We invest substantial time, expertise, and resources into every project, making it unfeasible to issue refunds once the work has commenced.
Change of Mind:
Refunds are not applicable in cases where the client changes their mind after making a purchase or activating a service.
Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee:
If the client is not satisfied with the quality of work or does not achieve the promised results, they will be entitled to one additional month of service free of cost until satisfactory results are achieved.
Client Termination Rights:​
Clients have the right to terminate our services at any time. However, please note that no refunds for cancellations made during the current month will be provided. To initiate the cancellation process, clients must submit a written notice, which may be in the form of a text message or email. Future payments will be halted, but no prorated payouts will be given.
Adherence to Guidelines for Refunds:
For the most effective outcomes, clients must adhere to our advice and approvals, particularly regarding “White Hat” techniques. These include SEO research methods, web content modifications, keyword optimization, webpage analysis methods, website connectivity, and structural adjustments. Failure to follow these guidelines may make the client ineligible for a refund.
Website Accessibility Requirement:​
Clients must maintain a properly functioning website that remains accessible to our team throughout the duration of our services. Any interruptions or restrictions in website accessibility may adversely impact the outcome of the SEO initiatives.
Approval of Designs and Commencement of Work:​
Upon the client’s approval of the proposed designs and subsequent commencement of work by our team, the project enters an irreversible phase. Consequently, no refunds will be issued once the client has provided formal approval, and our team has initiated work based on the agreed-upon specifications.
Cancellation of Special Event Services:
In the case of special event services coordinated by our sales team, clients are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ notice for cancellations. Refunds for cancellations made within this stipulated timeframe may not be feasible due to the advanced planning and preparations required for such specialized services.
Advance Notice:
Clients intending to terminate SEO or online marketing packages are obliged to furnish written notice at least 15 days before the designated cancellation date.
Inactivity Clause:
No refunds will be issued for projects that have experienced a period of inactivity exceeding 30 days.
